SHIPPING POLICY

A confirmation email will be sent to you after the order is confirmed. 

Our handmade products are very often made to order and also depends on stock availability . Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be processed & dispatched following a successful payment. The shipping time is subjected to the actual situation of the couriers.

dim it scenterior is not responsible or liable for any package that is lost or stolen after the package has been dispatched. Should a misdelivery occur, tracking number provided can be used to report to assigned courier company for further information.

 

Free local shipping for orders over HK$500 (via SF Express) to:

1/ any SF store 

2/ any eligible 7-11/ OK Convenient Stores 

3/ any EF Locker (順便智能櫃) 

4/ if your package is a gift set and is considered delicate, we may contact you for delivery to your door directly (please get in touch with us)

For orders under $500 you may choose the following options below:

1/ deliver to HK residential/ business address ($30 door to door)

2/ pick up at any SF store ($20 up to 1 KG)

3/ pick up at eligible 7-11/ OK Convenient Stores ($20 up to 1 KG)

4/ pick up at EF Locker (順便智能櫃) ($20 up to 1 KG)

​5/ meet in person for delivery at Wong Tai Sin, Tsing Yi, Tuen Mun, Sham Tseng, Tsuen Wan & Tung Chung (for other locations - please contact us & we will try to accommodate)

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds and exchanges are not accepted unless approved beforehand. If your order arrives damaged or unusable, please contact us at dim.it.scenterior@gmail.com or via Instagram direct message, our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

All our products are handmade and may sometimes have slight imperfections or flaws but it does not affect the functionality of the product at all. We ensure your orders are properly wrapped and protected during transit but kindly appreciate that occasionally, out of our control, damages may occur.

 

We are more than happy to arrange a replacement/compensation for any flaws that may affect the functionality of the product. For that to be approved, clear photographic proof of damage (in its full original packaging) & proof of purchase must be sent to us within 7 days of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace candles/diffusers that have been used.

Each individual case is subject to change depending on particular circumstances. In the event of any disputes, dim it scenterior reserves the right of the final decision.
